Paying Rent

Classen Crossing Apartments accepts checks, money orders and credit cards for rent and deposit payments. See Pay Rent to learn more.

Your monthly rent payment, including the water fee, is due on or by the first day of the month. Rent payments received after the first day of the month may incur late fees. For questions about rent and deposit payments, contact our onsite manager using the form here or call 405-801-2021.



Tenants pay water and electric. Cable, Internet and telephone services are optional and may be obtained through various local providers.


A fixed water fee rate is assessed for each unit and set up automatically at the time of lease. The water fee is added to your monthly rental payment.


Electric should be set up prior to moving in. To set up electric contact OG&E Customer Service 405-272-9741.


Maintenance Requests

Classen Crossing Apartments has an excellent maintenance and cleaning staff. As a standard, maintenance issues are addressed and resolved timely, usually within 48 hours or less. Let us know if you see any issue that may need immediate attention.

Serious vs Non-emergency Issues

Water and fire are serious maintenance issues and require immediate attention.

In the event of a fire, call 911 immediately. While all units are smoke-free, residents and their guests are requested to discard of cigarette butts and trash properly, and not throw them on the ground.

Air conditioning and heating maintenance issues are not considered an emergency and will be resolved during normal work hours, Monday through Friday.
